Reservations Center

The Reservations Center is operated in-house and dedicated to assist incoming calls from customers seeking to make reservations or needing assistance with existing reservations. If you received a dedicated toll free number from us, when your client calls into that number, your account id is displayed to the agent and the reservation is made under that account id. If you use our generic toll free number, the agent is instructed to request your promotion code, i.e. your account id. The reservation is made under that account id.

When an account number cannot be acquired, the reservation is booked under a dedicated account "unable to obtain an account number" so these can be easily monitored and resolved if possible.
