Implementation Guide - PARTNER PROGRAM OPTIONS

Alliance Reservations has many standard Partner Program options and custom options as well. Depending on the number of reservations booked and the level of technology a Partner brings to this relationship, Alliance is sure to have just the right program for you. And if not, we'll customize a partnership program based on our shared success.

Here is a list of Standard Partner Programs:

Plan 1. Preferred Affiliate Program (PAP):
This plan is designed for all types of Partners with no or a great amount of technology experience. Unlike our competition that gives you flat percentage of the commission generated by a reservation; using our PAP agreement, Alliance only charges a small flat service fee to process the reservation and gives 100% of the balance of commissions and service fees to our Partners. To see the difference this can make per reservation, please look at the following example:

Booking Scenario: Client books a reservation at a 10% commissionable hotel for 3 nights at a rate of $150./night. Total Revenue = $450. Total Commission earned = $45
Competitor Payout $22.50 (50% of the collection commission)	Alliance Payout $37.00 (45. - $8.00 flat fee)

That's 32% more commission earned using our program over the competition.

In addition to the highest payouts in the industry, Alliance also helps our Partners with the look and feel of their booking engine to help extend their brand rather than ours. From a simple custom header and footer, to fully customized CSS for a completely unique look, or for our technical Partners - Full XML web services, Alliance can provide it all.

Plan 2. Corporate Accommodation Services (CAS):
This program is designed to help organizations reduce the cost associated with hotel travel expenses. The idea is to place a hotel search widget on the corporate site where employees can search for and book hotels in which the organization receives cash back rewards on every completed reservation. The rewards can be used to offset travel expenses or placed in an employee pool to pay for a Christmas party or any other use as determined by our Corporate Partners. In additional to the Cash Back, Alliance provides the organization with an admin extranet so they can track reservations by employee, dept., or just to use the tool for auditing purposes. The program takes only seconds to set up and you can start saving money today.

Plan 3. Teams/Group Partners:
Whether you are an event organizer or a housing agent for event organizers, Alliance has a Team/Group program that will simplify the process and generate more revenue in the process. Recently, Alliance built an automated RFP/Team Booking process that takes only minutes to set-up for each event. Rather than spend the next thirty minutes explaining all the features and benefits, we put together a short video to demonstrate how the process works

And like the PAP agreement, Alliance receives only a small flat transaction fee for completed reservations. And Partners can choose to Have Alliance personnel handles the process for creating an event, selecting hotels, processing reservations, and collecting commissions; or, we can train your personnel to do the processing. The less we do the less our transaction fee.
