The Group Request Form; http://www.reservetravel.com/v6/group-request?&siteid=xxxxx, is received by one of our agents. The client is contacted, the shopping process is initiated through Alliances automated group systems and the block is either posted to be booked or booked. Unused rooms are automatically released back to the hotel.
